Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from Network-Steps / TigerAntennas to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

3. Conclusion of Contract

3.1. Product Presentation

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.  

3.2. Order Confirmation

By clicking the [Buy / Order with obligation to pay] button, you submit a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order with an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.  

 

4. Right of Withdrawal

4.1. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person who places the order for purposes that cannot be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.  

4.2. Return Shipping Costs

If you, as a consumer, exercise your right of withdrawal according to section 4.1, you are responsible for the regular costs of the return shipment.

4.3. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.  

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Network-Steps, Thaerstr. 46, 70499 Stuttgart, Germany, by using the returns function in the online shop.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you request the return using the online shop.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.  

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.  

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.  

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.  

5. Prices and Shipping Costs

5.1. Product Prices

The prices listed on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and other price components.

5.2. Domestic Shipping

In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat shipping fee for delivery within Germany. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again on the product pages, in the shopping cart system, and on the order page.  

5.3. International Shipping

For deliveries outside of Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee that depends on the country you wish to order to. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again on the product pages, in the shopping cart system, and on the order page.  

 

6. Delivery

6.1. Shipping Providers

Delivery within Germany is carried out with DHL. Outside Germany, the shipping provider depends on the recipient country.

6.2. Delivery Times

The delivery time within Germany is up to 5 days. We will indicate any deviating delivery times on the respective product page. Delivery times outside Germany can be up to 14 days.

7. Payment

7.1. Payment Methods

Payment can be made either by credit card or PayPal.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Warranty for Material Defects

TigerAntennas is liable for material defects in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions, in particular §§ 434 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB).
